Feature doc that’s shaping up into a pretty interesting project – and prepping for a massive fundraising/social media campaign. Director Ben Kalina spent Hurricane Irene on LBI with the Coast Guard and intrepid residents who opted not to evacuate. Click here to check out his appearance on Democracy Now!View
This feature doc, which we wrapped last fall, exceeded its fund-raising goal of $25K and will be fully funded through post-production.View
An episode I shot along with Tom Quinn for the fantastic music/video series, Shaking Through, produced by Brian McTear at Weathervane Studios in Fishtown (Philly).View
The director (Eugene Martin) and producers (Green Films) for “Anderson Monarchs” have garnered some serious interest in this project. Within the last few months, the film (still in production) has received a Contemporary Issue Doc Grant from the Sundance Institute, and was also selected to participate in The Good Pitch @ Tribeca.
Having wrapped on all game footage back in Dec, Eugene and I are now shooting the girls’ stories and covering the aspects of their lives – family, school, future in the sport – that are being transformed through their participation in this little (but mighty!) South Philly soccer club.View
Director Marc D’Agostino is in LA for the next month pitching “the_source” interactive web narrative at the Independent Television Festival and as a finalist at LATV Fest, NextTV Competition. He’s finished the pilot episode (asofyet unreleased, but coming soon) and is seeking funds to continue additional episodes.
Check out the trailer! (Credit to Ian Markiewicz for a solid portion of the shooting – as well as to the rest of Marc’s amazing crew).View

Screen grabs from my shoot for the Weathervane music project series. Really cool project – http://weathervanemusic.org/projects. Weathervane produces music for a variety of indie bands, and during the recording/mixing process produces a short video for the band to use as part of their self-distribution package. This day was Strapping Fieldhands.
More to come as the project continues…View
